Initial setup and education of the patient to the RPM program, paid once per episode of care.
CPT 99454 – TECHNOLOGY $62
FDA-approved medical devices supplied with the data collection system and interactive communications mechanisms, paid monthly for the duration of the patient enrollment in the RPM program.
CPT 99457 – CLINICAL TIME (1st 20 MIN) $51
Initial 20 minutes of clinical time to perform the remote care services by clinical staff, physician or other qualified health professional, under general supervision, paid monthly for the duration of the patient being in the RPM program
CPT 99458 – CLINICAL TIME (2nd 20 MIN) $42
Additional 20 minutes of clinical time to perform the remote care services by clinical staff, physician or other qualified health professional, under general supervision, paid monthly for the duration of the patient being in the RPM program
